Founder

Garrison M. Kitchen.  Mr. Kitchen has been actively involved in investment banking and private equity in Atlanta since 1981.  Mr. Kitchen was a founding Partner of MSouth Equity Partners in 2006.  Prior to co-founding MSouth, Mr. Kitchen was a Partner of CGW Southeast Partners, the predecessor firm to MSouth.  Prior to joining CGW as a Partner in 1994, Mr. Kitchen was a Managing Director, focused on LBO’s, mergers and acquisitions, in the investment banking department of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc.  From 1981-1985, Mr. Kitchen worked in the Atlanta investment banking departments of Bear, Stearns and Dean Witter Reynolds.  Mr. Kitchen holds a B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting and Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Kitchen also earned a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
