Partnership with Outstanding Management Teams.  The most important tenant of Alexsar’s investment philosophy is creating a partnership relationship with existing management teams and together creating a common vision for the future of the business.

Create Value.  Alexsar focuses on opportunities to create value through growth and expansion and not via financial engineering.

Personal Investment.  Alexsar Capital invests other institution’s money in its transactions, but always invests a significant amount of its own capital in every transaction.

Active Oversight and Assistance.  Alexsar seeks to partner with talented management teams and assist them in propelling the business to the next level.  Alexsar will work closely with management to assist in the following areas:

Develop and implement strategic plans to pursue market opportunities.

Analyze the management team and structure to assure there is adequate depth and development of talent.
